Safety and cleanliness protocols at 33 Main
The safety and health of our guests and staff is always our highest priority and, as such, with the recent uptick in cases across the country and here in New England, our new policy is that ALL guests (even those coming from Massachusetts) will be asked to provide us with proof of vaccination. Without this proof, we will not be able to check guests in. This extra layer of safety will enhance our already robust mask, hygiene, and sanitation policy.
Extra attention to cleanliness standards throughout the inn including all guest rooms, dining rooms and common areas as well as outdoor spaces.
Cleaning products that include bacteria-killing ingredients, in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Social distancing practices in house to reduce person to person contact including our touch-stay app, staggered breakfast times and a modified cocktail hour.
We will provide additional access to hand sanitizer throughout the inn.
Employees are required to stay home if they or any of their household is ill.
All employees are required to receive COVID-19 safety and facilities sanitation protocols training.
Guests and Employees are asked to adhere to physical distancing guidelines by staying 6 feet away from people that are not from their households.
Cleaning at the Inn will be detailed and frequent, with extra emphasis on all high contact areas and common rooms.
All laundry from guest rooms including linens, towels and any at all bedding will be removed from each room between guests and cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Breakfast dining times will be staggered, and social distancing will be required during dining. Breakfast can also be brought to your room at specified time for contactless service.
Cocktail hour will be modified to accommodate each individual room. Guests will be given their own small cheese plate and cocktails which are to be enjoyed outdoors or in your room.
