Reservations
If you’re staying for only one night, we request your lodging deposit in full at the time of the reservation is being made. For two or more nights, we will need a 50% deposit of your entire stay.
Cancellations
Cancellation of any portion of your reservation may be made 14 days prior to your check in date. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to the check in date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation, unless the room is rebooked. (Our inn features a small number of rooms, which is ideal for the kind of personalized attention we like to give our guests-but it also limits the number of reservations we can accept. Our cancellation policy must take this into account, so we thank you for your understanding.)
Checking In and Out
Check in anytime between 3 pm and 7 pm. If you think you’ll be arriving later than this, just let us know so we can make arrangements. Check-out time is 11 am. We will do our best to honor requests for early check-in and late check-out, depending on room availability. Both carry an extra charge.
Breakfast
On the house, and amazing! Our breakfasts are simply scrumptious-you won’t want to miss them. Do let us know, though, at least 72 hours in advance of your reservation of any dietary considerations. If you would like to bring someone who’s not a guest at the inn to breakfast, you’re welcome to. Please let us know 48 hours in advance, so we can set an extra place. There is a $35 additional charge. Please limit to 2 outside guests per breakfast. (Breakfast is the only meal we serve at the inn, but there are lots of wonderful restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. For some suggestions, see Bites.)
About Your Stay
Due to the inn’s intimate size, we ask that all guests be age 21 or older. Two of our rooms are pet-friendly, and each welcomes one human-friendly dog that is house-trained, at least a year old, and up to date on all vaccinations. (Please bring the vaccination records with you in case we need to check them.) Your four-legged friend will be treated to some special hospitality, starting with one of our special WOUFs to lounge on. A WOUF is our very special pouf of a pillow that we designed just for pets-and it’s a pet pick by 
Smoke-free
For your health and comfort, our entire property is smoke-free. If there is any smoking in your room during your stay, a $250 additional-cleaning fee will automatically be charged to your account.
